Josué Cardona is a design researcher and engineer with degrees in electronics and mental health Counseling. In 2011, Josué created Geek Therapy, a model for integrating Geek culture into therapy and education. Since then, the Geek Therapy Network has promoted those ideas and values through podcasts, blogs, and more. He’s currently on a mission to disrupt the mental health space with educational technology and things that haven’t been invented yet.

From Season One
Kelli Dunlap holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and a degree in Game Design and Persuasive Play. She is currently the Director of Mental Health Research and Design at iThrive Games. Her professional interests and experience are focused on the intersection of mental health and technology with a specific focus on video games. Dr. Dunlap has presented at national conferences on topics pertaining to the collision of psychology and technology and has been published in the Games for Health journal. In addition, Dr. Dunlap herself is a life-long gamer and is an active member of the Halo community. The only thing she loves more than psych and tech is her beagle, Ellie.
